This site belongs to Wout Paepen, a private individual in Belgium. It documents a personal software project: a small set of AI assistants that run on a server I own and operate, and that help me manage my own Google account.
It is not a commercial product. There is nothing to sign up for, no other users, and no customers. The only Google account it ever connects to is my own.
What the assistant does
The assistants handle everyday admin that would otherwise eat my mornings:
- Daily briefing — a short summary each morning of what is on my calendar and which email actually needs attention.
- Email triage — reading my inbox to surface what is urgent, and preparing replies for me to review.
- Calendar management — creating, moving and checking appointments, and spotting conflicts before they happen.
Which Google data it uses
The assistant requests only the access these tasks genuinely need:
gmail.readonly— to read my mail so it can summarise and triage it.gmail.compose— to write replies on my behalf.calendarandcalendar.readonly— to read my agenda and manage appointments.
It does not request access to Google Drive, Docs, Sheets or Contacts, and it never permanently deletes anything.
